How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot password?". Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
How do hearts work?
Hearts represent your learning lives. You lose a heart when you answer a question incorrectly. Hearts regenerate over time or via donations/ purchases where applicable.
How do I add or change languages?
You can add or change languages in your settings. Go to your profile menu in the top right corner, select "Settings", and then navigate to the "Language Settings" section. There you can add new languages or remove existing ones from your learning list.
What is a streak and how do I maintain it?
A streak represents consecutive days of learning. To maintain your streak, complete at least one lesson every day. Your current streak is displayed in the navigation bar.
How does the AI Tutor work?
The AI Tutor is an intelligent assistant that can help you with your language learning. During lessons, you can click on the "AI Tutor" button to ask questions about grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or cultural context. The AI Tutor will provide personalized explanations and examples to help you understand the material better.
