By accessing or using AfriRoots products, including AfriLearn and AfriLabs, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

AfriLearn delivers language-learning content, progress tools, and related educational experiences.

AfriLabs provides contributor workflows to improve language quality, including audio, grammar, and cultural context checks.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant AfriRoots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display it for service operation and improvement.

You confirm your contributions do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful to share.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or interfere with service stability.

Do not upload harmful, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive material.

AfriRoots owns or licenses the platform design, software, branding, and original course materials.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected materials except where law permits.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material Terms violations.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AfriRoots is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
